Gaby Wieland, naturopath, herbalist and cooking instructor, is running an interesting series of classes in the upstairs space at Nimmos, Spanish Arch in Galway on March 7th and 8th, from 11am to 4pm. Wholefood cooking is the topic she will be addressing on the opening day, and grain mills, juicers and blenders will be put through their paces as she cooks for participants. You’ll need to know your blood type for the following day’s session, which is all about cooking specifically for your blood type.
