LIAM FINN"Our flight was delayed because of the radar problem, and we we thought the gig might not happen. I guess I didn't realise people would know any of the songs on the new album, but the crowd sang along. I've never played at Oxegen before - it seems an amazing festival with a great line-up, probably the best of any I've seen in Europe.
I just wish I wasn't playing so that I could see as many bands as possible. Who would I like to see? Probably Vampire Weekend, just to see what all the fuss is about."
CAMILLE O'SULLIVAN
"I performed on Saturday. There was a small crowd to start with, but it built up. The whole thing about a festival is that you try and give as much fun as possible. You can forget about being sedate and enigmatic - you have to go out with guns blazing, otherwise they'll walk away. My must-see act? Seasick Steve - I've completely fallen for him."
PANIC AT THE DISCO
Brendan Urie: "We've never played in Ireland before, so we didn't know what to expect here. There are festivals in America but none as extravagant as those in Europe."
Jon Walker: "We approach festival gigs differently - we certainly feel that we have to put on our game faces a bit more because maybe not everyone at the festival specifically wants to see us - yet they're watching us nonetheless. We want to check out REM and My Morning Jacket."
TIM BURGESS
"I always expect the unexpected at festivals, even though I've played at so many. Plus, they're not all the same; in fact, nothing is the same - different songs, different agendas. A lot of the time we don't see as many bands as we'd like. We see them backstage, of course, and I enjoy that aspect of it. At Oxegen I really want to check out Brian Jonestown Massacre and Amy Winehouse."
