A wide range of stamp albums and complete stamp collections, as well as stamps from the Baltic states, will be among the items for sale at the Dublin Castle Antiques and Collectables fair tomorrow. There will also be a wide range of books of Irish-language interest, including early books on the Blasket Islands.
Among pub memorabilia items will be an original early 20th century pub advertising mirror for Rosses Belfast mineral water. The fair will also include a collection of early Victorian smoothing irons, as well as jewellery, china, including Royal Doulton, Wedgwood and porcelain, linen and lace, silver, coins, medals, old cameras, teddy bears and gramaphones, including an early Edison phonograph.
The fair is being held in the Old Coachhouse and doors will open at 10.30 a.m.
