THE next auction scheduled for O'Reilly's on Upper Exchange Street, Dublin, takes place next Wednesday at 1 p.m.

Among the most important pieces in this sale are a Victorian two-stone diamond ring (each diamond approximately three carats) carrying an estimate of £10,000-14,000 and art deco 13 carat diamond bracelet dating from around 1925, which is expected to make £6,000-8,000.

There is also a nine carat gold jewellery box in its fitted case from Mappin & Webb, pictured right, (estimate £1,800-2,200).
