What's on your rider?Always things to make sandwiches – bread, salad, meats, condiments. Usually two or three dozen beers, vodka, JD, Jagermeister, sweets, fruit, a bottle of champagne and socks.
What would be on your fantasy rider?A Sunday roast.
What's your pre-gig ritual/ routine?I usually just sit in the dressing room, have a beer and listen to music.
What is your favourite venue? My favourites are KOKO and Shepherds Bush Empire.
Who is the most famous person to have shown up at one of your gigs?I'm not sure. I don't really know who comes to my shows.
Most embarrassing on-stage moment? There was one festival were the electricity cut out 10 minuteS in. The crowd was not happy.
What's your crowd-pleasing number?My Delirium.
Chatting between songs – good or bad?I would love to be able to chat between songs but I'm quite nervous on stage and never know what to say.
Have you a special stage wardrobe? No, I wear the same shit that I wear in everyday life. This is why all my jeans have holes in them.
Do you like to meet and greet fans after the gig?I will sometimes say hello to fans after a show, especially if they've been waiting a long time, but it can be a bit full on.
What's the worst thing ever thrown at you?Someone once threw a flip-flop at me but it missed me and hit my drummer Ben in the head.
If you could be in any other band, which one?Tame Impala.
Any useful stage tips?Do whatever makes you feel most at ease. For me it's really nerve-racking, so I'm probably not the person to be giving tips.
