Joanna Newsom: Marge Simpson soundalike or musical genius? Musicians who believe the latter have recorded an album, Versions of Joanna, consisting of covers of her songs. Owen Pallett, M Ward and Billy Bragg are the best-known contributors, but most of Newsom’s best-known songs, including Sprout and the Bean and Monkey and Bear, are covered by less famous musicians. All proceeds will go to Oxfam.
