No rough stuff:Iggy Pop has announced that his stagediving days are over. The 62-year-old punk legend admitted that his last stagedive in New York was so disastrous, that he's quitting before he breaks or bruises anything else.

Teenagers' new album:Teenage Fanclub will unveil their first album in five years this June. The release of Shadows will be accompanied by a Dublin date at The Academy on May 30th.

A duet worth waiting for:White Stripes' Jack White and Jay-Z have collaborated on an "incredible" new song together. The unnamed track, for which Jay-Z provided vocals and lyrics , may appear on the rapper's next album.

Poll faves in Dublin:Hurts, the 1980s-styled synthesiser duo, will make their Irish debut at Whelan's, Dublin on May 20th. The Manchester band recently came fourth in the BBC Sound of 2010 poll.
