Signed prints by Alfred Munnings, sets of 19th-century Irish views, a folio of prints by Eric Patton showing Georgian Dublin and a pair of Victorian landscapes in gilt frames all feature in Tuesday's Kildare Street auction, to be held by James Adam & Sons at 11.30 a.m.

As usual with such monthly sales, estimates on these lots are low, ranging from £5 to £250, and there are similarly modest figures given for furniture coming from a Dublin hotel. This includes yew wood and walnut chests and dressing tables.

Among the more unusual items for sale are several bowler and top hats, both a gentleman's dress and morning suit and a small collection of jockeys' silk caps.
