Among the collection of Victorian jewellery auctioned at the Thomas Adams salerooms in Blackrock, Dublin, last Tuesday, a gold bangle, set with a row of 15 graduating diamonds, made £820, as did a pearl and diamond double scroll bangle. Of the furniture, a late 19th century mahogany telescopic dining table with one extra leaf fetched £1,650 and an early Victorian mahogany military chest sold for £1,300.
