UPPER Court Manor Antiques is holding an antique furniture fair this weekend at Upper Court Manor in Freshford, Co Kilkenny.

The fair promises a good selection of 18th and 19th century furniture, including a Regency secretaire bookcase at Pounds 6,950; an Irish Regency mahogany sideboard for Pounds 6,800; an Irish silver table, Pounds 4,400; a Regency sofa table, Pounds 4,650; and sets of six, eight, 10 and 12 dining chairs, ranging in price from Pounds 2,000 up to Pounds 11,500 for a fine set of Irish Regency chairs.

There will be plenty of William IV and Victorian pieces for sale, as well as small collectables from around Pounds 100.

The fair will be open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
