Dublin venue to feature small items of furniture
The regular antiques and collectables fair takes place in Dublin's Newman House tomorrow and is to feature a number of small items of furniture such as a marble-topped side table by Strahan of Dublin, a Victorian brass birdcage and a pair of 19th century carved oak hall chairs. The fair opens to the public at 11 a.m.
Coins and war medals at Dublin Castle
Coins and medals from the first and second World Wars are on offer at tomorrow's antiques and collectors fair in the Coach House at Dublin Castle opening at 10.30 a.m. There will also be an extensive range of Wade pieces, fine porcelain and china figurines and dinner sets, as well as an assortment of framed and unframed prints and watercolours.
