Two sentences were garbled in Proinsias O Drisceoil's review of The Irish Review Nos. 17/18 in Saturday's book pages. The second sentence should have been: "Michael Longley and John Banville contribute important essays on `Memory and Forgetting', a more mixed series of essays deal with the 150th anniversary of the Queen's Colleges The error is regretted.
