An article in yesterday's Property Supplement on the Irish Pavilion at Expo 2000 in Hanover stated that one of the art objects on display was by Maud Cotter. In fact, it was by Grace Weir.

A report in last Tuesday's editions regarding An Bord Pleanala's rejection of an application for a coastal jetty at the Murrough, Wicklow, incorrectly stated permission had been granted for the jetty in 1998, by Wicklow County Council. In fact the council refused permission for the jetty and this was subsequently appealed to An Bord Pleanala by the applicant, Dan Morrissey Ireland.

Some aspects of the reporting in yesterday's editions on Mr Cyril Kelly being appointed as an arbitrator might have implied that the former High Court judge had been accepted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators by the Irish branch of that institute. He was accepted by the council of the institute in London, an act in which the Irish branch had no function.
