Yesterday's page 1 report on the death of Florence Griffith-Joyner said she had won an Olympic silver medal in the heptathlon in 1984 and a bronze medal in the long jump in 1992. Both medals were in fact won by her sister-in-law, Jackie Joyner Kersee.
