TWO antiques fairs will be held in Dublin tomorrow. At the Davenport hotel, Merrion Square, a fair will have a wide range of Victorian and Edwardian jewellery. Items on offer include gold and silverfobs, belcher chains and bracelets. There will also be a selection of clocks, including a Victorian mahogany wall clock and a brass and enamelled early Victorian wall clock with "charming chimes".
A number of dealers specialising in prints, oils and watercolours are also expected to attend. The fair is open to the public from 10.30 a.m.
An antiques fair at Newman House will have a good range of Victorian table linen and bed linen, as well as a quantity of early Carrickmacross lace. Also on offer are early photographs, 19th century prints, old stamps, antique silver, porcelain and glass. The fair begins at 11 a.m.
