Your way to any property in Ireland
NAVIGATE:We may not have a national postcode system in Ireland just yet, but a new service called Loc8 aims to give every property in Ireland its own digital address. Log on to the website, and enter your address to get your Loc8 code. People with Loc8 enabled devices – at present, some Garmin sat-navs – can use the code generated to pinpoint your exact location. The company behind Loc8, GPS Ireland, say further deals could be made with other sat nav providers in the near future.

App to help you avoid paying SMS charges
DOWNLOAD:WhatsApp is a messaging application that gives you the chance to get around SMS charges. Instead of eating into your text message quota, you can use the data network to send texts to friends using the application. The difference is that you don't need to remember user names to find them; the application uses phone numbers to identify contacts and automatically picks out those who have the app, too. It's available for iPhone, Nokia and Blackberry, and messages can be sent cross-platform
