Google directions for cyclists

When searching for directions, you can now get cycle-friendly routes – complete with colour coding to indicate whether the street has a bike lane or dedicated cycle path.
You can even choose a route that avoids hills. Sadly, it’s only available in US cities for now, but Google is offering to add new destinations all the time.
