AUCTIONEER Fintan Gunne has come up with the key factor influencing property development - traffic. Speaking at the Lombard Property Finance Conference this week, Mr Gunne said that property development was increasingly going to revolve around traffic flows.

People are going to choose where they live, work, shop and spend their leisure time largely on the basis of how to avoid a traffic jam, he said. Location location, location and traffic will thus become the four factors to look for when buying a house.
