GARRETT OCARROLL is the winner of our final Innovation case study competition. He wins the opportunity to enrol on the MSc in Executive Leadership at the University of Ulster in association with Irish Times Training and Boston College. The course is a two-year part-time strategic development initiative and one five-day module is delivered at the Wallace E Carroll Graduate School of Management, Boston College.
