Dublin-based software and services company, System Dynamics is to be bought by Anna Technology, a company specialising in applied or pervasive technology, of San Diego, California.

System Dynamics had a turnover of £4.9 million in 1999, according to Mr Conor McWade, sales and marketing manager.

The company declined to disclose the purchase price. The combined companies intend to pursue a public flotation by September to raise capital for expansion.
