STATOIL Ireland Ltd, which is challenging a Ministerial decision to prohibit it from taking over Conoco Ireland Ltd, trading as Jet Oil, wants the right to inspect a Competition Authority report on its proposed merger, the High Court was told yesterday.

Mr Justice Barron set next Friday for an application by Statoil to seek an order requiring the Minister for Enterprise and Employment to allow inspection of the report.
