A NEW free resource for small businesses has been initiated by the Irish Management Institute, Bank of Ireland and the Small Firms' Association, who are combining to provide an internet website. The site offers day to day advice, training and other information to the SME sector. From the home page - on http://www.access.imi.ie - readers can click to a number of different pages, including "Managing your People" which advises on recruitment and managing growth. It also includes an SME magazine and up to date information and news about the small business sector.
