ADC, the parent company of Saville which employs 220 people in Galway, yesterday reported record financial results. The company said it had revenue for the three months to the end of October of $582 million (€580 million), an increase of 32 per cent on the previous year. Profits after tax but before non-recurring charges was up 26 per cent $71 million.
Sales for the year increased 25 per cent to $1.9 billion, while net income rose 13 per cent to $206 million, ADC said.
Mr Ollie Daniels, the Galway-based vice-president of consulting services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said the Irish operations had had a successful fourth quarter, marketing new products in the North America.
