THE receiver appointed to Colmant Ltd, the company established to construct and operate a leisure centre at the former Iveagh Baths, in Bride Road, Dublin, will oppose a petition in the High Court tomorrow to appoint an examiner. Mr Ian Finlay SC, for the receiver appointed by Anglo Irish Bank, which is owed £640,000, claimed in the High Court yesterday that his client had entered into a contract for the sale of the assets. Mr Paul Sreenan SC, on behalf of Anglo Irish Bank, said he would also be opposing the petition. The petition will be presented by Mr Bill Shipsey SC on behalf of International Leisure Group Ltd, a creditor of Colmant Ltd.
