An undeclared £20 note was passed around during the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland luncheon in Dublin earlier this week, right under the nose of the Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Ms Harney. No one blew the whistle although there was obviously something fishy about the sterling Bank of Ireland note, issued in Belfast's Donegall Place. It wasn't just that it was in black and white: instead of Queen Elizabeth, it bore a picture of a very happy looking Gerry Adams!
