Performix Technologies, a provider of call-centre software, has won a contract to supply its solution, Emvolve Performance Manager, to EuroConex.

The Performix software solution is designed to improve the efficiency of customer support personnel working at call centres.

EuroConex, which provides a payments processing service to financial institutions, using a multicurrency platform, plans to employ 800 people in Arklow within four years.
