Penna Holdings, the British human capital services consultancy, which has established offices in Dublin, announced a pre-tax profit increase of 54 per cent to £6 million sterling (€9.23 million), for the year to March 31st, on a £31.3 million turnover. Earlier this month, Penna entered into a partnership with O'Shea Business Consulting, which has offices in Limerick, Dublin and Cork, to form Sanders & Sidney/O'Shea. "We believe this will bolster our capabilities in Ireland, effectively allowing us to service existing UK clients as well as capitalising on this dynamic marketplace," Ms Suzie Mumme, chief executive, stated.
