A loss of over £100,000 incurred by Ovoca Resources for the year to February 28th was due to administration costs and the write off of foreign exploration expenditure, the company stated yesterday. Ovoca, which is surveying possible zinc prospects in Tipperary, Galway/Roscommon and Limerick, made a loss of £104,151, compared to a £350,745 loss in the previous financial year. The board stated that it was optimistic that "they may have the good fortune to be able to report a significant success in the not too distant future".
