Openet Telecom, a Dublin-based provider of billing software, has signed a partnership agreement with multinational firm TimesTen Performance Software.

Under the agreement, Openet certifies the use of TimesTen's real-time data management software with its mediation platform, FusionWorks. FusionWorks enables unified billing across services and flexible charging, as well as allowing communication service providers to target customers directly with discounts and value-added services.
