Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) has been named as the winner of the BT Northern Ireland Millennium Quality Award, which recognises commitment to business excellence. Coats Viyella was also recognised at the awards ceremony, which took place in Belfast last night, with the presentation of a special judges' commendation.
