The Forum for the Construction Industry (FCI) has been launched by the Minister for the Environment and Local Government, Mr Dempsey. The FCI will oversee the implementation of almost 90 recommendations contained in the report on the strategic review of the construction industry - Building Our Future Together.

The body will be chaired by the former chief executive of the ESB, Mr Joe Moran.
