THE Supreme Court yesterday reserved judgment in a dispute between shareholders in public relations firm Murray Consultants Ltd. The company and two of its directors, Mr Joseph Murray and Mr James Milton, appealed to the Supreme Court following rejection by the High Court of an application for a stay to be put on proceedings brought by Mr Terence Horgan.
Mr Horgan has taken a petition claiming oppression of a shareholder. He is also seeking that the company and its two directors buy out Mr Horgan's shareholding and that the court should value the shareholding.
