ICL, the IT services company, is to create 200 new jobs in Ireland as part of a major eBusiness expansion programme.

As part of the expansion, Dublin is to become ICL's new business centre of excellence. This is the third major initiative announced by the Fujitsu-owned IT company in relation to Ireland in recent months.
