The appeal of money-off vouchers is growing steadily as an increasing number of Irish companies include coupons in their sales promotion campaigns.
An Post has started its second national Supersavers mailing. The coupon booklet will be delivered by An Post to 1.2 million households. It includes money-off vouchers for a range of goods, as well as financial, travel and telephone services.
According to An Post, households with young children made particular use of money-off coupons.
Research for the first Supersavers mailing tallied with earlier studies showing that consumers in this category would consider switching brands with a coupon incentive.
