A direct marketing services company which is to be established in Dundalk, Co Louth, will create 100 jobs over the next three years. Recruitment is to commence immediately and the company is looking for people with third-level and Leaving Certificate qualifications.
Fortress Europe, a US company with two Irishmen among its founders, estimates it will spend at least £6 million a year on third party purchases in Ireland. The project is backed by IDA Ireland, which is targeting direct marketing as a sector with significant employment potential. IDA Ireland believes the project will be of valuable assistance in its drive to attract direct marketing companies to Ireland.
