Managed Solutions, the Dublin-based financial services software company, has opened its first US office in Boston.

Mr Leo Corcoran will head the Boston operation where 10 people will be employed by the end of next year.

In January, Managed Solutions will launch Lifewise, a customer relationship management (CRM) product for the life and pensions industry.

According to Managed Solutions managing director, Mr Michael Kelly: "The addition of Lifewise to our existing suite of products makes this an opportune time to enter the North American market. We are already receiving interest from US companies."
