Dublin-based software company, Managed Solutions, has established a strategic alliance with the industry leader in document management, FileNET. Managed Solutions has developed a software bridge to integrate FileNET into its customer management and financial services products. The FileNET offering, which will be marketed as an additional add-on to Managed Solutions products, has already been developed to roll-out to more than 200 customer service users within Friends First by next October.

The contract is worth more than £1 million to Managed Solutions, and is the first customised integration of the two products for the financial services industry.
