Pharmaceutical company United Drug is to shift its primary listing to the London Stock Exchange.
The healthcare products distributor is to be added to the FTSE-250 index in London.
The announced changes will be effective from the opening of markets on Monday, December 24th, the company said last night.
The group appointed Jefferies Hoare Govett, a division of Jefferies International Limited, as its London corporate broker.

The company has operations in more than 20 countries including the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the US.
It is the largest pharmaceutical wholesaler in Ireland.
