The four executive directors of building materials group Grafton shared a remuneration package of £930,000 last year, an average of £232,500 each. The annual report discloses that one unnamed director waived emoluments of over £213,000.

Basic salaries for the four executive directors - executive chairman, Mr Michael Chadwick; managing director, Mr Norman Kilroy; finance director Mr Colm O'Nuallain; and Mr Fergus Malone - totalled £562,000. Performance related bonuses totalled £562,000, pension contributions totalled £290,000 and benefits amounted to £69,000.
