Business Protection Services Limited (BPSL), the Dublin-based business service provider, has been bought by the French information technology and business services group Sema for an undisclosed sum. Sema said the value of net assets purchased was around €1.5 million (£1.18 million). Business Protection Services has a client base in Ireland and Norway.
