Four companies made presentations for the contract to a seven member panel in November. The panel included society directors Mr John Smyth, Mr Tony Shanahan and Mr Gerry Murphy. One of the four contenders, Barrett & Stanley, is understood to have told the society this week that it was no longer interested in the contract. The other contenders included Financial and Corporate Communications and Keating & Associates.
