Mr Felix O'Callaghan, a native of Dundalk living in Toronto, purchased a two-storey detached home in Dundalk. "I was delighted when I discovered I could apply for and process the mortgage over the Internet, allowing me to step off the plane in Ireland with my property bought and my mortgage agreement in my brief case," says Mr O'Callaghan, who works as a business development manager with a communications company in Toronto. The Mortgage Store Website was recently re-designed to simplify the mortgage process for customers. Now visitors from anywhere can access the site, apply for a new mortgage and receive online approval in principal immediately.
