US-based payments firm NxSystems is to create 20 jobs in Dublin. The jobs will be created over 18 months and are as a result of a deal it has signed with TelecityGroup.
NxSystems has chosen Telecity’s data centre to host its payment platform and database infrastructures as it plans to expand over the next year. The company provides a range of electronic payment products to global businesses that are designed to help firms simplify payment transactions.
NxSystems cited the resilient and secure hosting environment as factors in choosing Telecity, with experienced data centre engineers on-site around the clock. “Our payments platforms are the core of our global business; downtime is simply not something our business or customers can ever experience,” said director of international operations for NxSystems Quent Rickerby.
Telecity’s managing director Maurice Mortell said NxSystems was “pioneering the way for global payment solutions”. “It is fantastic to see an international company such as NxSystems choosing Dublin and TelecityGroup as their location of choice.”
