Esat Net, the commercial Internet service provider, will now offer secure online transactions with the introduction of a new eStore service. Eligible Irish companies will be able to sell products and services over the Internet, and accept payments securely through online credit card authorisation.

The service has been developed in conjunction with Irish financial institutions, including Bank of Ireland, and will be widely welcomed by Irish businesses wishing to avail of the electronic commerce opportunity. The eStore is supported by a range of services, including product training, customer support and professional services.
