A Nigerian-born woman who set up a company when she found it difficult to secure employment elsewhere, has won the Spirit-sponsored Inner City Enterprise Award.

Ms Felicia Olima, founder and owner of Citas Computer and IT Training, set up the company with the assistance of Inner City Enterprise. At the time, the TCD BSc (Management) and MA graduate had applied for more than 300 jobs and been unsuccessful at around 150 interviews.
