A NEW local enterprise centre has been opened in Trim, Co Meath, by the Taoiseach, Mr Bruton.

Speaking at the opening, Mr Bruton said: "Local development strategies such as that of Trim Initiative for Development and Enterprise reflect the principle of the overall approach in Ireland, which is to emphasise partnership at local level."

The centre has been supported by local employers such as NEC and Radio Tara.
