Providence Resources chief executive Tony O’Reilly received a remuneration package worth €500,000 in 2010, down from €539,000 in the previous year.
According to the oil and gas exploration company’s annual report, Mr O’Reilly’s 2010 package comprised a salary of €460,000, fees of €20,000 and a further €20,000 in share-based payments.
Finance director Philip Quigley’s total remuneration came to €597,000, up from €542,000 in 2009. Executive director John O’Sullivan received a basic salary of €251,000, fees of €12,000 and a share-based payment of €14,000, bringing his total 2010 package to €277,000. Mr O’Sullivan was appointed to the board on May 26th 2010.
Total remuneration paid to the company’s executive and non-executive directors for 2010 amounted to €1.5 million, between fees, salaries and share-based payments. This compares to €1.55 million in the previous year.
