Mr Pat Foote, managing director of Irish Finance and Mortgage Bureau, O'Connell Street, Limerick, was further remanded on bail in Limerick City Court yesterday charged with a total of 61 offences under the Larceny Act and Forgery Act. The total amount of money involved in the alleged offences is in excess of £174,000.
He appeared before Judge Michael Reilly who remanded him on continuing bail to February 11th. The alleged offences were committed between May 1996 and July 1997. The court was told that the State was preparing a book of evidence.
