Britain's first credit card aimed at gays and lesbians was unveiled last week. The Queer card operates as a conventional credit card, but allows subscribers to pick their own interest rates, annual fees and cashback rewards from a range of options.

The card's operator, Queercompany.com, will make a donation to a gay and lesbian lobby group the first time a customer uses the card. The card, also available as the Q card, is backed by Mastercard.
