THE High Court yesterday discharged an order against a Co Kerry motor dealer which prevented him from selling a number of vehicles.

However, the court continued another order restraining him from removing or reducing his assets in the State below £268,825.

Thorncliffe Investment Ltd and Esmonde Motors Ltd had sought the order until the trial of the action against Mr James (otherwise Jimmy) White, of Tralee Road, Killarney. Yesterday, Mr Justice McCracken ordered two companies, Walsh Motors Ltd, Phibsboro Road, Dublin, and Tim Coughlan Cars Ltd, to be joined as defendants in the case.
